I've done 3.. Like others have said, put time into hill training. There were marathoners and triathletes dropping all over the course cause they weren't ready for the climbs. Up and down over and over again takes a toll. The obstacles aren't that bad at all. Arctic Enema is one to be mentally prepared for but the others…

I go with the, "if it hurts, don't do it" mentality :o) There are so many great leg exercises out there to choose from. Maybe work deadlifts a bit more.. either way.. good luck!

I think it's great to let someone know that their hard work is not going un-noticed. Some don't have a lot of support at home or with friends (quite often there is a lot of negativity in those areas) so having someone inject a little positive into someone's day may be just what they needed. I say go for it!

Also, try and stay away from 'steady-state' cardio like running as it tends to flatten the bum. Sprints are a great for the bootie though!

Hope everyone is doing their best to eat clean and keep hydrated. Without those things, our workouts will not be as effective in reaching our goals.
