I have an older Polar, it's lasted me about 3 years. Make sure that you get one you can change the battery yourself.

My trainer is always telling me to eat more protein. I try to eat more but I just don't like it that much. She suggests protein powder, but the all seem to have artificial sweeteners. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of trying to eat healthy? I'd love to hear other suggestions too.

Years ago I used to eat a lot of "Big Daddy" ice cream. It was a really big tub, a whole pint for only 100 calories! My Weight Watchers friends and I were hooked. Turned out that there was a 'mistake" according to the company and the serving size was 1/2 a cup, not 2 cups and there were 4 servings in the pint not 1.…

I get PB2 at Kroger. It's in their organic section (not sure why). Try the chocolate one. Lots of good suggestions for oatmeal. Have you ever tried oatmeal and left over homemade cranberry sauce? It's great.
