Wow I really wished I hadn't read this topic... I thought I was doing good by only intaking 650mg of sodium on average - yesterday I thought was a bad day at 1350! My "target" is nearer 2300 so looks like at these kind of levels I can afford to get a bit more taste back in my life :)
