My story is the same as yours! I am 5" 10. I weighed 130 - 135 before baby, 170 two christmas 2009. My first goal when I joined fitness pal was 140 which I have met and I am now seeing if I can actually get back down to that 130 mark, yet I do not think it is likely. Have a great time! I did some scrambling a few weeks again. Climbed up Tryfan, in Snowdonia National Park, and back down again... 41/2 hours it took! I typed it in to fitness pal and it stated I had burnt 2084 calories!!!!!! The only downside was I couldn't walk properly for 3 days... think I over did it. Have a great time…

Sounds like your body has gone on starvation mode, which means it has gone on emergency mode where it will not lose weight (this has happened to me several times) I am sure someone will be able to explain this in a more technical manner than me ;0) What I do is have one or two blow out days, where I eat fried breakfasts,…
