i've only lost 3 lbs and i think it was all in my boobs.but i'm ok with that because you can find cuter tops when your boobs ain't hangin out all over the place

I've been doing zumba at home for a week ..and wow, i would think it burned more calories than that, but in the dance section in the exercise that's about what it says you will burn. so that's what i've been going by, but i tell ya one thing..i work up a sweat.
