  • Try a white chocolate americano instead of a mocha. It's made with water instead of milk, so it cuts down considerably on calories. You can ask for sugar free syrup if you want, but I personally can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners. I think a 16oz white chocolate americano only has around 95 calories. Still…
