I was a Pesco veggie for many years. I felt much more alert and less sluggish than when I eat other kinds of meat. I recommend finding a farmers market and buying things in season. Also talk to the people selling veggies about preparation and storage. They are a wealth of information.

I am all about eggs and oatmeal. They both fill me up and are pretty inexpensive. Plus you can add things like fruit or peanut butter to oatmeal and veggies to eggs to make them even better. My 2 year old loves oatmeal. :)

It is cedar season here so I have been suffering for over a week now. But I haven't missed one single aqua boot camp despite my runny nose. And I have been staying under my calorie counts. So a pretty good month for me so far. :)

Congrats! I am in the same boat you started out in. My daughter was born in October, right after my son turned 2. I have finally decided to live a more healthy lifestyle. Congrats on your awesome progress and thanks for the inspiration! :)
