I use flavoured creamer, too. In order to cut down my calories, I started adding a little less every day/week, until there was just a splash. I find that the less sugar I eat during the day, the less it takes to make something taste super sweet.

Me! I have fibromyalgia, so I have a tough time with exercise. I walk a few times a week, and I can do light impact things. But so far I've been seeing success just through diet - about 6lbs in the last 3-4 weeks. Feel free to add me if you'd like

I have 30lb more to go to be 'overweight' - I'd ideally like to be down about 50lbs total. I've already lost 33lbs since my daughter was born.
