not sure but i would measure it in a measuring cup not by weight only because of extra water may or may not be their. I measure everything because i am really good at fooling myself. lol :tongue:

First off, CONGRATULATIONS! wow that's amazing weight loss you should be so proud. My thoughts are... get rid of your scales, you don't need them anymore.
