  • I wear a Fitbit...but I don't always trust the results. It certainly doesn't account for the effort expended when taking ukemi. When doing weapons stuff, it can't account for the extra weight of the weapons, etc...or when using a stationary weapon, such as kusarigama, it hardly counts anything (that's not correct). It…

  • I fluctuate between 1600-2400 depending on the day and my training regimen. MFP seems to think I need 2100 to maintain my weight, but I see little or no change in weight when I am at 1600-1800, even when training frequently.
