  • Your right about the salt content....crazy huh?! I rarely eat them, but i do try to keep a couple in the freezer just in case of emergency if i'm out of fresh foods and havn't made it to the store.   • I agree!~ I love this brand!... it's the only one i'll drink. I've never been a milk lover to begin with. Can't even stand the smell of regular milk, but the Blue Diamond Almond milk has no smell to me. Never tried soy, and doubt i ever will.:drinker:

  • Good question~ I've been wondering this myself...lol I can eat oatmeal, fruit, & coffee w/creamer (that i will not give up) for breakfast...and i'll already be over on suger. Ofcourse, it goes down a wee bit after exercise but still. It's easy to go over. How much is too much?:drinker:
  • I checked out the calculator~ says for loss, i need to be at 1538 caloric intake. For past 3mos, i have been below that 95% of the time with little to no loss. I have stayed at the SAME weight,...with the exception of gaining and losing ONE darn pound here & there. I exercise 5-6x's a week. I don't get it.:sad:
