I agree with nicediva007, it's possible you're eating too few calories. I've gotten down to my goal weight before eating 1200 cal's without any exercise. I gained 15 lb back by falling off the counting cal's wagon and eating junk a few years ago. Now i went back to that drill but added LOTS of exercise and guess what? NO…

I love her videos!.. stick with it and you'll find it easy to keep up with her in no time. When i find myself getting too comfortable with the routine i do others like Biggest Loser. They have some really good workouts. I love youtube. Good luck:)

Everybody is different. The smaller you are and closer to your goal the harder it is and longer to take off so don't get discouraged. I only lost 6 lbs over the past 2 mos and am finally under 140 again:) I don't mind. The slower you take it off at that point, i feel its easier to keep it off. I've went from 150 to 125…

I was eating right and was killing myself doing a ton of cardio and was stuck in a plateau forever. Started a lift program with NO cardio the first 2 weeks and the scale finally moved! I just do cardio on my non lift days now.

The first couple of days i'd say you can use other variations of the exercises at home ( i have a total gym machine & weights) but after today (#3), i'm not sure how you'd be able to do the leg work (extensions, press, curls or seated calf raise) without the gym. Just my opinion.

Fiber One whole wheat bread is really good. I also like whole wheat pita bread which is healthier than wheat tortilla's so i always opt for those. I'm not a dessert lover. I'm a bread addict so i know the dilemma... lol.

I lost sleep last night because the thought of a donut being in the same room drove me nuts!!!! Thank you, my dear husband!!! Funny thing? I don't even like donuts!!!!! I wanted the Bavarian cream filling:)
