Why do you have to jump around? Go for a walk. Simple, easy, typically doesn't deserve others. And you can do strength training at home too - squats, pushups, lunges, dips, etc.

Great job!!!!

If I do count them, I usually underestimate. Unless I'm really going fast and sweating buckets. (scrubbing floors, moving furniture, deep scrubbing the tub, etc.)
-
I don't doubt this at all!
-
For real? Yes.. yes it does!

I will never have a thigh gap... I think genetics play a bit of a role in that. Squats and lunges are good for thighs. They always kill me.

Well.. I don't have a TOM anymore because I skip it with my pills. But.. I can say that when I did, I was noticeably hungrier around that time. And I had much less will power for some reason. Maybe try to eat more protein or foods that are filling?

Awesome job and congratulations!!!!

It really has its own taste. I personally can only eat fresh asparagus (canned is mushy and makes me want to vomit). I like to cook it in oil on the stove OR used to cook it on my George Foreman grill. Add a couple squirts of margarine and voila. I like it. It does make your pee smell weird though.

I did 1200 calories for 7 weeks and last week it caught up with me. I had no problems, never felt hungry, and steadily lost at 1200. Last week I crashed and burned... was starved, shaky, and weak. I upped my calories to 1400 and we'll see how that goes. I weigh in on Monday. I do feel much better though. No shaking or…

I started at 1200 calories and surprisingly did very well with no issues for about 7 weeks. Then last week it hit me.. I was starved. I was shaky. I was weak. I was tired. I upped my calories to 1400 and feel so much better. Whether I'll see a loss is yet to be seen.. I weigh in Monday and binged last Wednesday... but if I…

I'm not perfect, but I can still do this!
-
Thank you! And same to you!

That's a pretty thoughtless thing to say. But if you're telling him he's fat, then maybe that's why he said that. Also, it's "lose."
-
I don't like running... but I admire those who do and can. To all of y'all... YOU GO!
-
Nope!

I had some candy last week for snacks. And I lost.

I live in San Antonio, Texas.. no winters here.

I was doing 1200 calories for nearly two months with not a single problem. Then the past two weeks.. weak, dizzy, and feeling like crap. I've upped my calories to 1400 (for now). Perhaps you need to re-evaluate your intake?

I try to get up often. Instead of sending something through inter-office mail, I will physically walk it to them. I also walk at lunch.
-
I've dried them many times. No shrinking to be done.
-
Yay!!!! So awesome. Congratulations!

I've had alcohol almost every weekend since starting. I've lost consistently. Not saying that alcohol is ok... but it hasn't hurt me (yet...)
-
I've had two or three cheat days the past two months and have not once had a gain on my weigh-in day.
-
Really? 5'10" and 132 pounds and you want to lose weight?
-
You're probably going to find my post about being starved at 1200 calories. I've seen your reply a few places now. Thanks!
-
I figured 1200 was too low but like I said I was doing fine. Guess not anymore. Bumped up to 1400. Will see how that feels.
-
Not sure how you can determine I'm overestimating. Were you there when I worked out and measured the intensity?
-
Which exercises am I significantly over estimating?
-
I'm concerned you may have an eating disorder.
