I know calorie calculators aren't perfect, but it could help you get a good idea? http://www.superskinnyme.com/calorie-calculator.html is one. you can maybe compare that to what MFP gives you for maintaining and use those numbers to get a good idea of where to start? I do like the idea of slowly increasing as well, though.

48 minutes of elliptical today (adding to my spreadsheet totals!). today was gonna be an off day but then stress and bad bad bad food happened and this was damage control.

11/2--23 minutes on wii fit. did the hoola hooping, the advanced step, and a short run. 11/3--nothin'. 11/4--61 minutes of elliptical! woo! I've added my min to the spreadsheet, too.

I'm 5'2" and want to get down to 110-113 (from 127), though I may try for 110. I'm ok with where I am now too (115), I just would love to tone up my stomach. but it's really impossible to lose weight from only one area, and my fat goes right on my tummy.
