That's not nice of him! But you can have 1 slice and eat veggies or a salad to help you feel full and have a more nutritious meal.

Are you talking about sleep walking and eating? Like you don't realize you are doing it and eating strange things? or is it night time cravings and you end up snacking a lot before bed?

I think your diary is pretty good, BUT I would lay off the Bucks and all the lattes and frapuccinos and add more fiber to your diet like fresh produce - veggies, fruits and beans.

Eat at this party, eat a meal. Make it as reasonable and healthy as possible, stay away from grazing. Once you are done eating, chew gum, drink water and get busy mingling with people away from the snack table!

I'm not sure what it is, sounds like you may need to see a Doctor to make sure you didn't tear anything to create this fluid build up. Definitely stay off of your foot until you see a Dr and he tells you what's wrong. Good Luck. Feel better soon.

i get it measured at the gym, they have a sensor machine thingy. I know there is a pinch test (not sure how that works, there is a special forcep type of thing that you use to pinch yourself)...may be your physician can do it...or look into special scales that also measure your body fat (they may run you about 50-60 bucks)

Took me a while to figure out the right amount of stuff to buy. I made/make breakfast sandwiches for my boyfriend to wheen him off frozen/full of sodium breakfasts.... I buy fajita wraps. Make eggs scrambled with either sausage or ham and that stuff can last for a week in the fridge. Or I'll bake biscuits for the bfast sandwich. As for make ahead lunches...why not buy all the salad…
