beans (dried that you can soak): black, garbanzo, kidney, white etc. (you can toast these, add them on top of salads, mix into rice, etc) all, berries, fruits and veggies...the brighter the colors the better! nuts, seeds, some dehydrated fruit (watch the sugar) almond milk has the lowest calories (40 in vanilla…

What about just adding tuna on top of your favorite salad?!
-
Do you eat beans? They are high in protein, low in fat and zero sodium if you buy dried out ones and soak them.

I would say no, unless its outside of your daily activity. So if you spent 5 hours walking the mall, I think its worth logging, but minor things like the walk to the mailbox, walking the aisles in the grocery store...not so much.
-
You could also try your luck at Marshalls and TJ Maxx! They often have great dresses at low prices.

Some filling soups....vegetarian chilli, zucchini lasagnas, ratatoille....
-
what about homemade soups using low sodium, no sodium broth....you could make yummy mushroom barley, roasted cauliflower, split pea....or what about using flat out wrap bread to make your sandwich.....low in calories and sodium. unseasoned fish is good too...like just simply grilled not blackned (learned the hard way)

I like corn flaked with almond milk and a banana. about 200 calories and keeps your stomach happy!

I'm obsessed with a southwestern style salad lately...salad mix (or young spinach), tomatoes, cucumbers, black beans (i like mine soaked, rather then canned to avoid sodium), veggie burger patty and salsa as dressing. Its very delicious!!!!! and low in calories and full in flavor :)

I am at Super Fitness...no pool, but plenty of classes and lot of equipment, so there is never any waiting. I paid 15 a month, recently upgraded to get the personal trainer sessions and coaching...so now its 40 a month. Not a bad deal :) Hope you find a good place in your area.

I read that reducing Sodium intake has an influence on celulite. I would recommend a very low sodium diet...see if that has any affect. Good Luck!

nuts, seeds, roasted chickpeas, some dehydrated fruit (watch the sugar with these though)

while back in college my nutrition professor said she gets her kids to eat veggies by putting it in front of them while they watch tv with some low fat ranch or hummus. they ate it all up and asked for more! home made trail mix....pretzels, nuts, seeds, craisins..... roasted chickpeas (my personal fave, may be they'll like…

I think you aren't eating horrible, but I think your diet could use some real, natural food sprucing up. Whole grain (not just whole wheat), add oatmeal...like steel cut to get the full benefit. Eat more fiber which is in veggies. You may be scared, but with the right changes you'll prove your doctor wrong! People have…

If you are working out, you may need to add those calories. When you do a workout for about 400 calories your BMR for that day will be 2000 or so. So you should be eating those calories to meet your weight loss goal. Of course eating as healthy as possible and as clean as possible will only help you speed up the process.

If you have a jar of salsa at home, just bake chicken breast under salsa. serve with whatever sides you have....brown rice, veggies. or you could make a quick chicken stir fry...using whatever is in the fridge and pantry.
-
Cauliflower mash, Squashta - spaghetti squash with pesto and toasted pine nuts, soups....
-
I think may be try not thinking of it as "diet", but rather your new lifestyle you're learning. Make it a new habit, don't think of it as punishment :) You've come this far, there is only better things ahead :)

The hummus is usually in the fridgerated area of the produce isle...at Stop & Shop here in MA they keep it near the cheeses in front of the Deli dept. Canned chickpeas are usually in either international isle (if you want Goya brand) or with all the canned beans (if you want store brand etc). I would recommend getting Low…

Chickpea is a garbanzo bean. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chickpea That's what they ground up to make hummus. Highly recommend to try it! they sell it canned or dry.

Either canned (rinsed and drained) or dry (they have to be soaked overnight). Once they are rinsed, drained. Pat them dry. Put in a bowl. Add either EVOO or I use cooking spray to cut the calories. Add garlic powder and cayenne (if you like a spicy kick in your food) paprika is good, cumin...any flavor you like really.…

My diary is wide open, feel free to check it out for ideas. I eat mostly "real" foods aside from wraps, veggie burgers, hummus. For snacks I load up on veggies, fruits, nuts, berries, pudding, light cheese. Good Luck!
