I have to agree with the others. Your salad was lacking protein and if you're a vegetarian/gluten free person...add beans, tofu, veggie burger to help you feel more full :)

I drink chamomile when I need something soothing for my tummy. It helps with stomach troubles...bloating, gas, indigestion AND its caffeine free!

Yikes! I usually always carry a bottle of water in my bag and I would have no shame in bringing it to the restaurant and drinking it should they refuse to give me a glass of water! SMH just awful!:noway:

Welcome! MFP is great :) I would say, that sadly you can not spot check any trouble area...but overall cardio and strength training, along with proper diet should do the trick! Just be patient and diligent! Good luck!

depending on what kind of extensions you are using, but the tracks you get glued to your scalp can really damage your hair and thin it out. I would recommend taking vitamins and not using extensions! Good luck!

Oh boy, thats a tough one and YOU KNOW no one really makes anything health conscious for these fetes! I would suggest, make whatever you bring a healthy option and enjoy what other people bring in, in moderation :)

I had to have surgery on my foot and become immobile and inactive for about 4 months. Gained weight and was at my heaviest ever, 142. I am working to get back to being me or even better! This site is great and helps me stay accountable!!!!

Not too many options if you don't eat seafood....I'd say either salad with dressing on the side and no croutons.
