Right now, I'm in a training class 4x a week using kettlebells, TRX and medicine balls. Awesome strength training with a good cardio component. I should add on some other activity for 2 other days, but haven't figured out what that is yet.

This is a great question! I've been doing a combo kettlebell and TRX training for a few months and was looking for a way to log that. My trainer suggested 450 calories for 60 minutes of work. That would be an average, since LOE for each training session changes daily.

Sometimes we have to be OK for the occasional Not Smart Calories. I think that if you have a real Coke on occasion, and record it, that should be fine. I know I get into trouble when I beat myself up over not hitting my plan for the day. It is almost as if I give myself permission to just eat foolishly the rest of the day.…

This Braised Cod recipe is one of my favorites: http://crankingkitchen.wordpress.com/2013/02/11/braised-cod/ It is tastiest with the butter, but you can cut that out and just not have as much braising juice. The juice is good on brown rice or whatever veggies you are having.

Land O Lakes makes a Light Whipped Cream and a Sugar Free Whipped Cream (both from aerosol cans) that could work. 2 Tbls is less than 20 cals depending upon which you choose. No idea if these will freeze, but no idea why they wouldn't. I would probably try this before the Cool Whip -- as willstr says, it isn't a substitute…
