Congratulations!!! I am single with tons of free time, yet I can't do P90x for 1:15 a day. That is something to be proud of.

My opinion is 40 prot 30 carb and 30 fat is the way to go.
-
Tough to say. By increasing protein and lowering carbs you will probably be able to lose more weight. Which is probably more what you want to do. If you are just uping protein to try and build muscle I doubt you need that much. 40 prot 40 carb and 20 fat is a common starting point.
-
Who wouldn't unfortunately it doesn't work that way. You can get stronger while losing weight, because your muscle becomes more efficient at recruiting fibers but you can't add muscular size while losing weight. People new to exercising and strength training typically can gain muscle and lose fat for the 1st several…

Tone is a bad word to use eventhough everyone seems to use it. What people typically mean when they say tone is that they want well defined muscles, or going for a hard look. You have muscle and fat. You can reduce fat to make your muscles have more pop, or you can add muscle to make them bigger. So in reality your choices…

Your assessment is correct but it is BIA not BEI.

I'm not going to be impressed from any article from livestrog. Lance used blood transfusions to up his cell count during the Tours. Lost all of my respect. Caffeine has a lot of upswing increased meantal awareness, increase metabolism, suppress appetite, aids in depression, etc... Caffeine is a common ingredient in…

Yes it has to be where some people didn't enter the correct information I went back and checked a few of my other days and its close within 30 on all of them. That is 100% acceptable. I used a new meal today that someone had already entered Reganno Stroganoff. I ate it for lunch and dinner, and they did not get the protein…

If you want to see my diary send a friend request. I have given you all the info needed to see that something is way off.
-
That is a possibility but someone would really have to eff up to make it this far off. I have never paid it any attention before bc I have never been so close to my goal. Maybe I should post this on the technical side.
-
It is 4 cals per gram in carbs and protein. I have protein intake set where I want it at 40%. Regardless how can you only be one calorie under your goal and be missing all three carbs fat and protein.
-
You aren't getting it the totals are not right. There is no way I can only be missing one calorie and be way under on carbs fat and protein. I am going to break it down here. Carbs I had 135g x 4 = 540 Fat 17g x 9= 153 Protein 64g x 4= 256 Total 949 Doesn't make sense how everything is adding up. The site says I have eaten…
-
No it has me as under on both. It would make sense if I was over on fat, since there are more calories in fat than protein and carbs.

Great job. Those are some amazing results. My little sisters 2nd boy was 11pounds 2 ounces and she is only 5'2.

Excellent reply. I think I better stick to the 30 day shred to get my endurance up.

Thanks guys.

-
I would like some of that Tiger blood he has.
-
Would you mind telling me what your starting weight was and what your weight is now??? Height would be nice also. I am just curious I have P90X just sitting around and I'm thinking about using it in about 2 weeks. Also how much of a defecit were you eating at?? Thanks
-
Good luck. I am sure you will meet lots of similiar minded people.

You do realize the NCAA Tourney starts tonight???

Or wear a Depends have fun with it.

Good work. You should be proud.

First if the elliptical requires you to enter age height, age, and weight, plus if it has heart rate monitors on the handle it is pretty accurate. Ellipticals do not burn as many calories as running, but do have some advantages. With the elliptical you can cycle between between using upper body strength and lower body…

Good Job!!!!

Add me as a friend and I will look at your Calorie and exercise log. Without knowing what is going on it's hard to say anything, but the above posters are probably right that you need to eat more. PJ

Good job. You should be proud,

While I agree with her that you probably need to up your calories the site is fine. You log in your what activity level you have a day. Lets say you workout for an hour then you log in your exercise and calories burned. Then look at your Caloric Intake you now get more calories on that day. The author of the link is making…
