  • So nice to see four lbs drop off, WTG!! Keep up the good work.
  • Nice work. I bet if you really watched you did get better somewhere. They really don't get easier, you just can do more with the same effort.

  • Day 6 done 595 calories burned, damn second cycle of this day kicks my *kitten* tough on my shoulders to do the push ups then ski abs in to in and outs. Cardio wise I'm fine, shoulders just can't keep up.
  • Ended up doing cardio abs as well, was a great workout. Ft7 said I burned 766, not sure how much I should trust it but would be nice for an hour's worth of work.

  • Excellent work, other than the pedals and the straining of your pumper there aren't any huge muscle strainers in today's workout. I dig pure cardio, I am completely drenched when I finish.

  • Just finished Cardio Recovery, man those squats are killer. I don't know how they manage to stay in that squat position for so long. I can't make it all the way through, my legs give out. Just hope to stick it out a little further next time.
  • Great job all, in place of moving push ups you could always do regular push ups until you get stronger. I find myself, even after three rounds, doing "girl" push ups sometimes just to get through it.

  • You can do it, buckle down, suffer through it and know that the next one will be that much easier.
  • Typically you don't need to digest the food you use for fuel if it is light. A half of a banana or a full clementine in the morning pre workout, or anytime pre workout is fine. If you do it in the evening take a snack to work and eat it about an hour before you get home. I do my workouts in the living room, I keep waiting…
  • That is a good goal to have but probably a bit unrealistic, just watch Taina, AKA the machine, even she takes breaks albeit short, but she does. When I did my first go round I used to pick a cast member and try to out break them - take fewer breaks than they did - a good person to pick in the beginning is Shanita in the…

  • Sheesh, I can't see why 63 power jumps would wear you out. Nicely done.
  • Might want to look that hummus up, it just may be your sob story.
  • Until I can get a HRM I use intense aerobic workout in the MFP App. Probably not exact but closer than 0.
  • My Fit test from a week ago, I was starting to come down with a cold. Not sure if it had an affect. 1). Switch Kicks: 102 counted individual kicks. 2). Power Jacks: 49 3). Power Knees: 89 4). Power Jumps: 28 5). Globe Jumps: 7 6). Suicide Jumps: 13 7). Push-Up Jacks: 27 8). Low Plank Obliques: 42

  • I will be on week two, of my third go round. I may just start over and join yas.
  • Can't let this one go by without a quote, made me LOL. As for the shoe, I go with a minimalist style which are usually inexpensive plus they work great for my cardio workouts too.
