I really like "sparkling Ice". It's really refreshing flavored carbonated water, 0 calories. Or I have orange juice when I craving a something sweet. I'm not addicted to Soda so they may not fill your caffeine craving. Drink coffee!

....you're going to destroy you're body eating that little. You're way to big and exercise too much for 1500 calories. You should be in the 2000s, probably 2500ish. That being said you should be loosing a lot of weight at 1500..

You don't really provide enough info. You've been loosing this weight for weeks? months? You could be also loosing a lot of water. Try eating 1800 or 2000 or until you feel comfortable. Don't force yourself to eat more if you feel full. Don't overthink the math.

exercise calories is guess work especially with something like skiing. You probably burn at least 2000 easily if your skiing moguls/trees/powder. Just eat until your not hungry. You'll be fine unless you drink/eat excessively.

I was never able to accurately count calories when my girl friend cooked meals. My advice would be to buy a cookbook that already has the calories listed for each recipe. Otherwise it is difficult to measure and account for every single ingredient.

AAAHhh your calorie counter watch is complete garbage. It's estimating about 1,000 cal/hr walking, it's probably more like 200-300/hr. Also, you go over calorie limit a lot. So eat less and you'll loose weight.

Your profile says you've lost 40 pounds so I'm not sure what your friend is talking about. You do exercise a lot, but I wouldn't say it's excessive. If your weight loss has slowed, try changing your lifting and cardio routine rather than just increasing the intensity.

People do it, but I wouldn't. I would not trust a smoothie from a shop, it could be less nutritious than you realize. Just buy a blender and make your own.

Loosing 10 pounds of fat in a month would require extreme dieting. The 2pounds/week goal is really difficult for an average sized person (not obese). Set a more realistic goal and aim for 2 months!
