  • Me too! Starting over as well.
  • I yo-yoed for the past year. Recently got married (Oct.) plus the holidays, I found myself to be up another 10 lbs. Now I'm starting again from square one. I am looking to lose 16 lbs to be in my healthy BMI range. I'm 46, so it gets harder every day. I'm determined but need encouragement and tips.
  • I'm doing the 1200 calorie as well. I'm 44 and do yoga almost every day. i don't feel this amount of calories is bad if you're trying to lose 2 lbs a week. You will go through some hunger pains, but that's expected when you're trying to lose weight. Drink lots of water and chew gum.
  • I'm trying to lose 15 lbs. It's not easy. I'm doing the 1200 calorie diet. I'm doing 30 min. of yoga a day too. With the weather being horrible where I live, I can't walk or run outside. I have a treadmill but it's so boring. I need a jumpstart. Any ideas?
  • I love yoga. 30 min. a day. Relaxing and difficult at the same time.
  • I feel the same here. I'm 44. Seems I slowly but steadily gain instead of just holding anymore. I need a jump start. Good luck.
