I'm right there with you... I know you can target where you lose fat, but there has to be some way to get rid of it. I am to the point where I am losing body fat everywhere else--but my stomach! Please help!

Have you guys tried any of those Workout DVDs? I just ordered some from amazon. They were some of the ones made by Jillian Michaels. "Front side for Beginners" , "Backside for beginners", and "6 Week 6 Pack"... they haven't come in yet so I can't say if they are worth it or not... but just a suggestion.

I have a food scale that measures grams and ounces and I LOVE IT! I measure everything! I am kind of a perfectionist though and I like to know that my calories counts are as close the the real thing as they can be. It also keeps me from "taking just a little extra" because the number on the screen tell me that it's too…

I know McCormicks makes a low sodium taco seasoning too. I'm sure it still has a lot (300mg I think)... but definitely lower than regular premixed seasonings. I did the old program too and lost 30 lbs and kept it off for a whole year... I gained on the new program. Unlimited fruits and veggies equaled carb overload for me. I have heard from a lot of people that the new program doesn't work.

I love Lofthouse sugar cookies! I am a teacher and kids bring them in ALL the time for birthdays... it is so hard to resist them. I usually give in and eat one. :ohwell:

I ate an entire bag of Peanut Butter M&Ms one night... it was AMAZING! :love: They aren't allowed in the house anymore because I have no will power when it comes to anything that mixes peanut butter and chocolate!

I was suprised to see the sodium values on the nutrition information at Subway!!! A 6inch Turkey on Wheat bread has over 900mg of Sodium!!!
