That was the first thing I said to my husband at the end of the episode - I wonder if Morgan will show up in the next episode! I would be happy to see Gabriel go. These people have literally saved your life multiple times, and then you betray them. He deserves Noah's gruesome death, frankly.

Is Francine (I think that was her name) anyone else's new badass heroine?
-
I'll stick with Abraham, though I like him a lot more these days :)

I agree that it was out of character for Rick, but it happened when he softened up and got comfortable, having had a couple of drinks. Perhaps the awkwardness/regret will be the wake-up call he needs that he needs to stay on his guard, so to speak.

Rick's shaven face <3 That's all I have to add to this conversation ;) Edit: And Rick's showered shirtlessness.

Interesting! Thanks for sharing this :)

What do you all think the real reason is that there are no people in his pictures? Or do you believe Aaron that he messed up and overexposed the group photo?

There's a C25K group on MFP if anyone is interested: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/30-couch-to-5k-running-program-c25k

^QFT These links are super helpful. I know they're a bit of a read, but I didn't read (or know) any of this stuff until I'd been on MFP for two years. I was pregnant at the time, but it helped me get back on track in a non-insane way after giving birth. The "sexypants" post linked above has another link within it that I…

I used to run in Newtons, but they wear out too quickly for me, and I've gotten the mid-foot strike thing down. So now I run in Brooks Ghost.

There are several ways to go about this, but britishbroccoli is right on about using the "MFP method." This post below might be helpful. It's a bit of a long read, but it's chock full of good information. Honestly I didn't know any of this stuff until I had been on MFP for well over two years, and I wish I'd known it…

It's a tough balance to find. I BF'd my second for a year (we weaned last May), and I had the worst time trying to figure out what calories I could eat to maintain my supply and not gain weight (because if I got my calories to a point where I could lose weight, my supply suffered). Take heart that most ladies aren't like…

I read yesterday in an article that interview the current and former executive producers. The former EP said that the writers wanted to kill her off a long time ago, but he didn't want to because she represents hope and innocence. The current EP basically says the same thing. So unless they're really messing with us, I…

And I just took a look at your profile - I love your striped dress, and you ROCK IT!

That's fantastic! Congratulations! Also, thank you for sharing that you've slipped up along the way. It happens to the best of us, and it's so easy to let it get to you so that you throw all your progress out the window. It's nice to see some proof that you can get back on that horse and finish the ride

RICK! Just kidding ;) Though I think people would have been more upset if I had said Darryl...

When she woke up, that's the same thought I had until I saw that tornado path (or whatever that was). I think we'd have to have some sort of awesome act or insight into Tara or Rosita for one of them to go next. Neither of them has had a good monologue yet ;)

Hm, my husband thinks Morgan beat them to DC and sent someone back out for Rick. In which case, why not send Morgan, someone a few of them know? I don't buy that Morgan could beat them up there given how far behind he was per TTD, but my husband said maybe by himself he could make better time. Maybe if Aaron was really…

Mine says 145. The lowest I got after baby #1 was 154, and I was pretty small then, but now I'm at 181 after baby #2. I'm starting heavy lifting soon, so I wonder if 145 is even attainable given my height once I have gotten well into lifting. My current license doesn't expire for almost 4 years, though, so I guess I don't…

Did you ever notice that "lemon" is "demon" with an L?
-
YES! For a second there I was like, "Yes, yes, ye- oh, OK, she's just kissing him on the forehead. She's such a mom." I was worried when Carl put Judith down to hold the barn door closed. I was really concerned that something was going to happen to her. I feel like they focused a lot, relatively speaking, on her this…

I love lamp.

Please stop yelling. The BFing stuff may or may not have been directed at you. Others in here mentioned BFing, including BFing on 1200 calories, and one mention of no need to eat more to support a milk supply. Also, I went from 236 to 154 at 5'7" after my first baby eating 1200 calories/day. I was obsessive about it but…

I totally forgot about the map, thanks for the reminder! Hopefully Morgan will follow it and seek out Rick.

^THIS.

Agreed. I nursed my second baby for a year, and if I went below 1600 calories, my supply suffered terribly. I was stubborn and did not want to supplement (especially after I fought so hard to BF my first baby but ended up FFing), so it was eat, nurse, and stay pudgy, or cut calories and lose weight but not nurse.

I do agree with this. However once I got used to drinking plain water or water with a little flavor (as I mentioned in my ratios for True Lemon to water), drinking a Crystal Light or Mio drink tasted way too sweet! I still have one can of Coke Zero a day, but I just can't do the mixes any more. On the rare occasion that I…

Agreed. I used to use lemon juice, but it was tough to find the right ratios. One packet of True Lemon in my water bottle (34 oz) is perfect for me. I'll have to try True Lime, too!

When they were at the edge of the neighborhood, there were a bunch of lower halves of bodies, then the truck that they hit had a bunch of upper halves. I'm interested to know where that's going, if anywhere. Like maybe the walkers can't do much damage if they don't have arms and legs to help attack you, much like what…

That Noosa stuff is great! I wish it had more protein, but there's something so different about the taste that I really enjoy. Also, 2% Greek yogurt for the win. Nothing wrong with some sugar or 184 calories. Also, a 184-calorie breakfast sounds pretty low. I'd be starving by 9AM. Hopefully there are mid-morning snacks in…
