I always logged my Zumba as "High Impact Aerobics" and never "trusted" the numbers. So I bought an HRM. Yea, the numbers were pretty much bang on! :D

I'm a free-for-all cheater :) I don't log anything on my "cheat days". I'm probably drinking my calories in alcohol sometimes! It's definately made this process slower for me but I'm really ok with that :) I have nothing but time and am happy with myself along the way. I'm getting in a LOT of maintenance practice :D

Take the sugar off your settings!!!!! I have: Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fat, Fibre and Sodium set up on mine. The way it measures fruit pi$$es me off :D

There is a limit on friends you can have - I think it's 250. Sometimes people have to cut out some of their friends to make room for new ones.

When I lost weight 10 years ago I got down to 130lbs (I'm 5'5"). The BMI range for me is 120-150. I'm aiming for 150 this time around and will re-evaluate once I get there. 10 years and two babies make a difference and I KNOW I'm not going to be able to maintain 130 :D

Well, there is the option of just relaxing on the weekend - that's what I do :) Here's the thing though, you WILL lose slower. I logged it as "High Intensity Aerobics" for months before I got my HRM. When I got my HRM, I was surprised that the calories for "High Intensity Aerobics" were pretty darn close!

I have the same problem! I tend to let weekends be "cheat days" and it's baaaad with the alcohol! How do I deal with it?
