Congratulations on your first day of running! I've done a fair bit of running and no matter who I see when I'm out, if they are thin or not, slow or fast, all I think is "Yes! You look fantastic! Sometimes I feel the only place I am comfortable with my body is at the gym lifting where all my muscles show.

My shock came when I went to buy some expensive WW bread. WW designates healthier foods as 'power foods'. Their white bread was considered a power food, whereas the 100 percent whole wheat bread was not. That really messed up my mind trying to figure that one out!

I'm the same, I dread 3pm!!! I find that if I can get a bit of fresh air (even sticking my head out the door) and get up to walk around a bit sometimes helps. You could also make your normal version for your family and then try a healthier version out as well. Yes it is a bit more effort but you would have leftovers for another night.

I'd love to join in with the motivation! I have just started MFP after doing Weight Watchers for a couple of years. I love to exercise but I also love my chocolate way too much
