When I feel cravings here are a few things that I do when i get cravings.. Get up and do a little exercise on your floor, Drink a lot of water, like someone mentioned brush your teeth because not many eat after they brush at night. then I would just eat a little fruit or vegetables.

I am about 5'2. My starting weight was 220 lbs 2 months later my current weight is 196. The weight was dropped super fast at first naturally as I started exercising again for the first time in 10 years and only drinking water. My goal weight is 130 lbs. :-)

Well last year I got told the for the first time that I have extremely high blood pressure so bad I was stroke level and I'm only 25 and now I have to a pills for that. I've been asked so many times in stores if I was okay because I would get so flushed from walking around. But it wasn't until a month ago where It just hit…
