drink lots of water, do not walk past "the box', and add cinnamon to your coffee...it'll taste like a treat....or nosh on some of your legal stuff....I know it: isn't easy...good luck

I'm in too! I have 100 pounds to lose, but just set up a 50lb weight loss goal. Then on to the next goal. Need support and happy to provide support and virtual hugs, etc!
