  • ahhh water weight. This makes a lot of sense. The first 7lbs came off in the first week, the second week was all maintaining.   • You can upload videos really easily from your phone too! I just go on the website in my safari app and it can upload things straight from my photo album. Since they're only 10 secs long it's really easy to keep up with!
