I can't wait for the new challenge. I aimed for a 27 pound loss this challenge but am 2 pounds shy. So I lost 25 which is still good because it's over the 20. Aiming for those numbers at the next challenge. Can't wait!!

Thanks everyone. I'm still hanging in there. I can tell you that my confidence is back. I feel like I can really hit my goals. My weight loss has slowed up a bit but those inches are coming off especially in the face arms and mid section. I'm still in it!

Some of my faves are light and fit Greek yogurts, raw almonds, cashews, or walnuts. String cheese and raw fruits. Those are just some things I carry with me on a n everyday basis.

Sorry to hear about the things you are going through. I pray for better days and a recovery. I would love another challenge!!! That would be awesome. I was able to reach my goals and this challenge made me want to accomplish those goals.

I went to the dr for a check up and usually they can't find my vein that easily because of my huge fatty arms lol well this time not only did she find it I could actually see the vein before she stuck me lol I know weird but something that I always felt with. No more of that!

Got my mojo back and it feels great!!! One pound away from my Christmas goal!!! This feels awesome. Thanks again for the advice everyone. Forgot to update. Hoping it continues like this. I will take all things everyone said into consideration during the remainder of my journey

I'm 6 pounds away from my Christmas goal. I probably won't make it because I'm set at losing 2 pounds per week and I don't want to over do it. I'll keep pushin on to the next goal though

Also... Reason I wrote this because example today, I ate fast food as my first meal and said to myself "oh I already messed up, I should just go get some cookies now to curb this sweet tooth I have" smh (oh it's bad) I thought I would be be good this journey. I was good for four months. I'm breaking now ugggh

I have been seeing more and more of this keto and am starting to like some of the benefits and results. I downloaded this free app on my phone called lindora trainer. It has all kinds of workouts you can do at home. It also has a built in personal trainer. It's so cool. There are plenty of free apps I also have a squat challenge app that is also free

I stay motivated by just the outcome. I can walk longer distances, I can exercise longer, I no longer have things like heart burn after eating, I no longer have swollen feet I'm no longer bloated.
