Just a thought but this sounds like depression. talk to your doctor. sometimes we need some help to get to the point where we can see slearly again. Try and reconnect with your family and perhaps talk to your mom about how you feel. Don't take Pull up your socks as an answer!

WOW I am so amazed you have transformed yourself! I started here a month agoa and lst 11 pounds. This week I struggled so much and have been eathing poorly. Seeing you makes me feel that I can do this and I am getting back on the track tomorrow!! Thank you for sharing your story and pictures.

I was an impulsive eater. I now make myself a giant cup of Chai tea(black) in the morning and in the afternoon. I usually have a fruit with the afternoon one. If I feel myself getting munchy I boil the kettle and make that giant tea (my cup is equal to 2 cups). By the time I finnish that tea I am so not hungy anymore. It…

There is nothing wrong with a nice vegetable tray with a low fat dip. You can use celery, broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes. peppers, cauliflower ect. These always get eaten!!!

You should not be under by 200 calories, you are not eating enough if you do that. Be under by 50 or so is enough.
