I used MapMyRun for a while, tried Runtastic for a week and have been using Runkeeper for a while now. I'm happy with it. I had the free version which is pretty good but got the free upgrade to premium now (Galaxy S5 promo). I'd say try them all and see which one you like the best.

Short of a HRM, I found the Runkeeper app to be the "best guess". It will also sync the calories burned to MFP automatically. Give it a try.

I'm no expert by any means but here's my take..... Indeed it is a staple Indian food but kinda high in calories and carbs.
