Oops....when I just looked before it only came up because I had it in my exercise database. Do you have a heart rate monitor? Also you can add your own exercises too. Not sure how tall you are or your weight, but on average when I do it I burn anywhere from 170 - 217 cal...and I am 5'2 and weigh 153.

When I have looked for it in the past it was there, so it should be. Type in Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it should come up.

1) I still have all my Strawberry Shortcake dolls from when I was little. 2) My husband is a tattoo artist. 3) I have 7 nieces and no nephews. 4) I moved very far from all of my friends, family and all that is familiar to me. 5) I always think that someone is watching me from outside at night when I am by myself.

Thank everyone for your ideas! I think I will probably go with salads, wraps and some fruit. Leftovers are kind of not possible as there are never any left at night. I usually just make enough for the 2 of us.

People are always going to judge, no matter what you do or say. I only have 2 small ones, but my husband is a tattoo artist and he is pretty much covered from head to toe. Some of the looks I have noticed people giving him are just ridiculous. He never even notices as he doesn't pay any attention to them. So forget what…
