This may be slightly true, but I'm definitely seeing more definition in my legs. Either losing the fat and finally seeing those muscles again, or gaining muscle and losing fat :D

Thanks! I've seen those images before and I always try to keep that in mind. When I get discouraged, I go pick up a plate at the gym of 15 lbs and think "Wow, this is how much I'm NOT carrying around anymore." Definitely a good reminder :)

Wow! Thanks everyone for the quick responses :) I feel perfectly fine with 1300 cal/day. I don't feel depleted or exhausted. I think I will try upping to just 1500 and see if I continue to see a change. If not, I'll got back down to 1300. Thanks for all of the advice and great support :D I'm definitely feeling healthier…
