I'm considering dropping the challenge I am in as well... i'm finding it a little overwhelming.. and possibly beyond my capabilities.. i become discouraged when i see everyone doing so much better then me... then i say.. that's not the point of this... so is it really the right challenge for me? a 100lbs+ mini challenge…

So i got 30ds yesterday.. and plan on starting it tomorrow... is the concept that you do Level 1 until you feel comfortable to move to level 2? or is there a set amount of days/schedule for each level? All i have is the disc.. so i'm not sure if it came with instructions or not. :)

I have bodymedia... and i believe they are made from the same company as Body Bug.. just a knock off version of it. I only wear it when I work out - but i find it records calories burned even when it's not on (minimal, but they still ad up). SO i make sure to specify the time that I use it. I like it a lot.

So yesterday i did a Body Combat class... which is like a kick boxing type class... i HATE HATE that the classes are surrounded by mirrors... :( i konw that they are supposed to help you with your form.. blah blah blah.. but all i can see is how silly i look when i move, and how my body CAN"T move like all the other girls…

This challenge has motivated me to work harder then I have in a long time.. why? cause i got a boat load of ladies depending on me... THANKS LEE for taking the time to organize it. and special thanks to my captain for taking the time to log all our calories.. and keeping track of everything that's happening

There will be no calories burned for me today... I have a calorimeter test tomorrow.. which mandates no exercise the day before... I'll be sure to get to the gym tomorrow night though to take advantage of the double day!!! Have a good one!!

I am proud of all of us as well.. no matter what the number. On days (like yesterday)... that i didn't feel like leaving the house... i said NO.. the team needs whatever i can contribute.. and that pushed me to start.. and FINISH my work out!! GOOD JOB LADIES!!!.. let's keep it up!

Hi Lacey... 14lbs in three weeks... Something to be proud of... My first weigh in is Friday... so I'll see how this week has gone.. I am engaged, and have a 9 month old son.. and can't remember the last time I was in Onederland. I remember graduating highschool @ a whopping 211. Keep up the good work!!

My typical day... Get up at 6am with the baby.. get ready for work... work and 8 hour day.. come home.. spend a couple of hours with the baby.. have supper.. put him down for the night.. the haul my (_(_) to the gym... in bed @ 9:30... I wish I could get up early enough in the morning to do the work out thing before work.…
