I got mine on November 16th. It has been hard at times, but as I am learning it is trial and error with the foods that I can eat. I can't eat ham. But it is a learning process.

I started to think I could do it without even trackin my intake. Which was wrong I also had some stress in my life with family. I know now that I will always have to track what I eat

Why dont' you start today, I was thinking about the same thing on the way to work. I was going to start Monday but then decided today was the day. I need a friend also to help with the pounds.

I need help also with getting back into it. I fell off of it for a year. I gained a lot back. I was down 92 lbs, now i am just down 42 lbs. It sucks.
