I lose irregularly. Might lose .2 pounds for several weeks and then lose 4 lbs in a weekend. Then lose nothing for a couple of weeks. I wouldn't worry as long as the scale is going down rather than up. I have also found that the more weight I lose the harder it is to lose more. Sucks.

I still eat these on occasion. Yum.

Chuychanga's, chips and boom-boom sauce. I don't even know the calorie count, but I put on lots of weight during the time period I was eating it regularly.

Early bird. Going to bed now. Will probably be up at 4 to eat breakfast, have coffee, shower, and be at the gym by 6. Because I am obviously insane.

I've had the same problem. Cardio and resistance training will start reshaping your body and you will see results. I'm battling the midsection bulge as well. The rest of me is looking tone and muscular, but the belly (and chin fat) is still there though getting smaller.

Kimchi right out of the jar.

A very inspirational way to start my day. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Especially the hot nerdy guy who posted his own pics. I love nerds.

Southern Middle Tennessee - Kinda the middle of nowhere. Beans and greens are perfect for any diet.

I am working on this as well. I have had to do the first week repeatedly. Not because of breathing or heart issues, but because I feel like my shins are going to fracture into a thousand pieces. I had to start with fast walking rather than running. I can now run (easy jog) half of each day of week one. I refuse to give up.…

Breakfast usually runs about 400 calories consisting of beans, eggs, a berry smoothie and 2 cups of coffee w/ sugar. I average about 30 g of fiber per day, 15 of which is eaten at breakfast. It is 6 hours from my breakfast to my lunch because there is just no time, and this keeps me full through most of the morning.

Southeastern United States summer walkabout. Actually a driveabout because it is way too hot and humid for walking long distances in the summer in the Deep South.
