Yes. ^This. I plan what I am going to eat the night before and put it in MFP to be sure I'm getting enough calories but not too many.

WOW! I hope losing weight will make my sleep apnea go away too. I would love for my husband to come sleep with me again (well, occasionally anyway).

I made very bad food choices for an entire week. Forgive yourself and start over. I lost everything I put on and a pound. Don't beat yourself up. There is not a perfect person anywhere on this site. ;-)

I am over 40 and losing weight. What is working for me is G- BOMBS, avoiding processed and prepackaged food, and exercise. I am leery of "quick" pill solutions.

If they gym has a pool, does it have water aerobics? The rec center here has water aerobics several times a day through the week at different ability levels. I enjoy it and my best friend 4 hours away does it at her gym 4 days a week. It gives you a good workout without damaging already weak or damaged body parts.

I quit using disposable e-cigs. Smoked my last pack and bought an e-cig (BLU) that lasted about 3 days. The next one lasted almost a week, and the third one lasted almost two weeks. I'm working toward a muscular 145-150 down from 206. At one point I was 125-130 and that was just way too thin for my frame.

I agree. I see more weight loss in the weeks I do not eat processed foods. I can eat more calories in foods with less processing and lose more weight than weeks when I eat processed foods and less calories. So I can understand how what you eat makes more of a difference than the calorie deficit.
