You sure can. You toss some pics up and write a short bio. Best bet is to jump on now. Tinder was a HUGE boost to my self esteem.

You and me both haha. Met at 18, married for 15 years then boom right into the mix. Seriously glad that I am retired from dating now though.

Just hopped back on these forums and saw this gem of a post in my most recent post list. Four days after I made this thread I found the girl I am still dating and will end up being my wife. How about that for timing.

I am in a similar boat. Didn't gain it all back but I did gain a bunch back. It seems easier for me this time though.

track measurements across several points on your body in addition to watching the scale. Drink a lot of water and try not to step on the scale every day.

243 as of this morning. Getting all the bloat out so I can accurately gauge fat loss.

Actually I did pack in on really quick. I do take a wholly unhealthy approach but it works for me.

Well most Tinder guys don't exactly beat around the bush from what I hear. I have a date setup with an older woman for next weekend. My profile says I am looking for the girl who will retire me from Tinder. We discuss relationships and she sends me her very long bio. The entire time she asks absolutely nothing about me. If…

Its the ones who post a ton of selfie moments who are the most suspect.
-
haha that is really clever and I would definitely swipe you right for all the right reasons.
-
Take it for what it is. Don't use pics that show tons of cleavage and create a bio talking about things you like to do and what you are looking for.

I wish I could play dumb but a friend of mine met up with a girl from MFP. Out of all the websites... Just got home from a Tinder date. Chick runs a similar game as myself. One and done dates because having a second date is too much like a relationship. All we talked about was our dating experiences which is the worst…

I hear that a lot too. I always laugh because would you really want to be with a girl who agrees to such things via text? Nothing like being #4 for the week. You may be surprised how many ladies are looking for the same thing but are far more underhanded about it.
-
haha its funny how nobody responds to this but I am getting PM's BTW by guys I meant the group not just guys.
-
I definitely agree with this. I was married for a very long time and was in terrible shape. Now that I am out of that relationship and back on the market I find myself trying much harder to keep myself in shape. I find myself walking away from situations that are potentially detrimental to my dieting success though.

I have been married for 14 years and its certainly not a waste of time. I had 10 good years and 3 cool kids because of it. The last 4 years have sucked hard and I am ready to move on. No infidelity, just straight up don't get along anymore. I would love to say that I will never get married again but all it will take is…

dang made a whole post and it disappeared whilst posting. Definitely not being overly sensitive IMO. Fat people is the last group of people were it is socially acceptable to openly degrade under the guise of health concerns. Don't put him on any special pedestal because any man can become a biological father. Keep doing…

If you keep up the diet, one day you will fall into the temptation trap. You will eat some old favorite snack and as soon and you finish or maybe even while eating it you will realize you no longer care for it and or it makes you feel ill. This will be a huge tipping point for you.

I think OP prefaced the thread in such a way that kind of closes it off for debate.

My diet is low carb for the most part. I avoid sticking to any one type of diet like Paleo or Adkins because while I am dieting I am also trying to set myself up for success once I hit my fat % goal and adjust to non diet mode. Feel free to add me for my commentary on my traditionally non traditional diet journey.

Ephedra was banned. Ephedrine is available and is being used by many every day.
-
Google EC stack. (Ephedrine & Caffeine) I have to force myself to eat when running it. It also give the metabolism a slight boost and acts as a thermogenic.
-
I have broken plateaus by eating big. I have no idea how it works but it has for me.

My mom was just asking me about this stuff. Apparently some guy on TV is touting it.

I am currently sitting at 208 which is +3 of where my timeline had me. I am going to have to bite the bullet and do some cardio this week to help chip away at the overage. I have exactly 4 weeks left and I can finally see the fat leaving the stubborn areas of my body. I swear I can see the difference with every pound loss…

Your logic is partially flawed. For every time you overshoot you may end up undershooting the next time. Can any of you weigh happy people take a pic of what 2 tablespoons of PB looks like on a plate and spread on a piece of bread.

I think I was down like 12 pounds when someone said something. Its odd because I started at 295 but say around 270 for awhile before making that jump up. I really think it was the fact that I jumped in with both feet and had an air of confidence about me. When I was 60 down people guessed me down 100 because my face and…

:( soo much snow. I miss biking terribly. I think the chances of getting any miles in March is slim.
-
LOL you guys are flippin nuts with this. I would probably measure with the correct spoon then remember it looks like for the next time. How do you expect to keep this up forever moving forward? If you overshoot by 10-20% I cannot imagine it being of any consequence.

Great stuff in here. I don't use my crock pot nearly as much as I should and may just dust it off.
