It actually takes much longer to form a habit...The 21 day thing is a myth...you can read more about that here: http://newleafandcompany.com/how-long-does-it-take-to-form-a-new-habit/ Like everyone said 1 day won't make a difference. Keep at it! :)

Hi everyone! I am Zainab, turning 29 this month and hoping to create an exercise routine I can stick to and lose weight I have been carrying around for 10 years now. I would like to lose 30 kg ideally over the next year...that's about 66 lbs. Getting friends to go out for walks and losing weight together hasn't worked out…
