It looks like you're losing around 10 lbs a month, which is what I'm hoping to do. What's your workout routine? Are you counting calories with MFP? Congrats on your success!

I do Your Shape also. You burn 500 calories per half hour? Wow! I really need to get a HRM to see what the real numbers are. The onscreen calorie counter says I burn like 250-300 calories in an hour!

The HRM sounds like a good idea. I'll have to look into one of those. I wonder how accurate the calorie counter is on the Your Shape game. It seems like the calories burned are a little low.

Hi Tara, yeah the Kinect is great. I really like the Your Shape game. There is a personal trainer option that is great for me. But really every Kinect game gets your heart going. Be ready to break a sweat and have fun doing it.
