Dance Central is great and has a workout mode that counts calories- super fun. I also like the EA Sports workout game. They set you up with a 9 week personal trainer workout and it's a different workout everyday. It will really make you sweat! I also like the Your Shape game mostly the cardio boxing and the gym games.…

If I want to eat something and I'm short on calories left, i'll do a workout and burn what I want to eat. i found a brisk walk around my neighborhood takes just 20 minutes and burns almost 150 calories.

I just did a 30 minute walk around my neighborhood and my wrist HRM said 180 burned. The above website said 158 so i'm going with that. What kind of HRM do you have? It sounds pretty accurate.

I feel EXACTLY the same way! I'm determined to only weigh myself every 2 weeks. I like to buy the small containers of yogurt and stick them in the freezer. the next day you have a frozen yogurt. it's frozen so it takes a long time to eat and you can almost pretend you're eating some ice cream. i even like to get the fruit on the bottom, i don't mind eating the plain yogurt and the fruit on the bottom…
