I don't find it strange or snobbish that people place restrictions on their friends here. They have every right to pick people who they think will be supportive of their journey and who they themselves can support. They want their friends to mean something on here, not just be a list of names like on Facebook.

Not really. I am a D now and it took me 40 pounds of weight loss to go from a DD to a D. I am thinking I will probably be a large C when I am at my goal weight.

I don't think that is accurate. I have one of those scales that track it, and mine says I am at 33% body fat. I am 5'8 and 175 pounds.

Welcome! I personally feel that low carb eating is definitely the best way for ME to lose weight; different things work for different people, and some people just don't seem to grasp that concept.

Cookie cake from Great American Cookie. I want it SMOTHERED in frosting. If I let myself, I can and have eaten an entire cookie cake in one day. It's only 3700 calories, 536 carbs, and 360 grams of sugar :p

I have had great success with lower carb eating. I typically do 5-6 fairly low carb days, then a day or day and a half of higher carb eating.

I am 5'8, high weight was 252, current weight is 177. My goal weight is 150. I weighed 140 in high school, but that took quite a bit of dedication to achieve/maintain, so I think 150 would be more reasonable for me right now.

I'm not an idiot. I know how to measure my food and make sure my portions match up to what I am logging. I wear a HRM for my exercise. Standard MFP macro ratios did not result in weight loss for me. I didn't change my calories consumed, just my macro ratios.

I am slow too. It takes me 42 minutes to run a 5K :/ My fastest mile time is 11:30, and that just about kills me.

390 grams of fat left? Wow! It really depends on the person. I personally make sure I eat my BMR most days, but I do have a day or two where I am under or WAY over (my cheat days).

Obese or overweight? I wouldn't hire someone who was 100+ pounds overweight, but 10-20 pounds overweight I would as long as they had the knowledge and experience I wanted.

LOL, I lifted weights and walked on the treadmill one time wearing a calf length dress. I had forgotten my workout clothes and came straight from work. I have also worked out in jeans and khakis before if need be.
