Pilates and running have helped me. I still have a ways to go, but Pilates has helped tone and tighten and running helps me create the calorie deficit I need to lose body fat all over. I like the POP Pilates series on YouTube. Watching my sodium also helps keep any bloating down to a minimum.

Yes, because supporting someone in a quest that can kill them is SO helpful. You need to learn what is and isn't healthy eating before you go around sprouting off that some ridiculously low unhealthy number is "plenty".

Full fat ranch and Italian for me. That' one area I am willing to spurge on. The dressing makes a salad for me.

Why just protein?? I eat low carb, but I also eat a ton of veggies and a small amount of fruits. I certainly believe a low carb eating approach can aid in weight loss for some people, but you need to make sure you are getting adequate veggies in there too.

I prefer bootcut because they flatter me the most, but I do have a couple pairs I wear in the winter with boots. They are a dark wash and look pretty good, but they do emphasize my big hips.

LOL, I think I would rather be sore than do an ice bath. A warm bath seems to help me some, with some Epsom salts thrown in.

When I conceived my DS, I was actively trying to lose weight (eating about 1600 calories, 3-4 45 minute workouts a week) and it only took one month. My doctor said that as long as you are fueling your body with healthy foods and not doing super intense workouts that it shouldn't have an impact on your fertility.

OP, I have found some cute things at Target, Old Navy, Kohls, and actually Walmart, believe it or not. Victoria's Secret has some nice things too, but they can be a bit pricey if they aren't on sale. I workout at home, but I don't want to look like a disgusting slob while I do it. Just because you want to wear cute, sexy…

I easily eat 300-400 calories worth of fruits and veggies in a day. You better believe I count them!
-
I am losing about 1.5 pounds a week. And that is with a day or day and a half of higher carb splurge eating thrown in.
-
Running! If I take the hilly route where I live, I can burn 500 calories in 40 minutes. I just hope you don't live somewhere where it is like 100+ degrees.

So true! Water weight is an evil fact of life. I eat low carb, and when I have a high sodium, high carb day, I can be 7 pounds heavier the next day!

160.

I just don't understand some of the posters on this site. People post things in the success story section that they are proud of. Why on Earth would your response be "Oh, well, I think you looked better before." That is so rude. The OP is obviously proud of her hard work. You would never tell someone who was obese and is…

You do realize she is flexing darn near everything for her competition pose? Look at her profile picture and some of her other pictures and you'll see what I mean. OP, you look AWESOME!!! That is so inspiring.

I plan on getting a tummy tuck when I an through having children. My pregnancy with DS stretched it out so bad that you can pull it a good three inches away from tummy-and it doesn't snap back! I am too young to go through life with such a busted looking tummy.

I am a handful at my face kinda gal. But different colors taste the same. Skittles on the other hand-I eat the purple and red ones first because they are the best.

I have not nor do I intend to, but I have an ad for it come up all the time on this page!

I drink a good 36-48 ounces of Diet Mountain Dew a day, and it hasn't stalled me (pretty sure that has aspartame in it). But if you think it might be the culprit, you could try cutting it out or make your own using another sweetener. http://www.food.com/recipe/homemade-jello-regular-and-sugar-free-37415 This is a recipe I…

You can really see it in your face too!

What he said! Everyone has an opinion about this. I know for me, I lose weight much, MUCH easier when I watch my carbs. I do 5-6 days of fairly low carbs (normally around 30 net) and then a high carb day that is my splurge day.
-
I do! A lot of times I exercise at night right before bed, and exercise tends to kill my appetite, so I am not hungry at all after running at 9 PM. The next day though, I am ravenous, so I eat more then to make up for it.
-
I got mine from Amazon. If I have a high carb day, it takes me about a day and a half to go back to keto. If I have a a week of high carb eating, it's more like 3-4 days to get back into it.

Awesome job, and nice fish! My husband would be jealous.

Me! I am 5'8 and 175 pounds right now, but I was 188 back in April.

THIS is what keeps you up at night? Do you think meat eaters are complete idiots? I am well aware that my chicken was a former live chicken. Same for my hamburger and my bacon. Animals had to die for it to be made. You have no problem with animals eating other animals, but humans (also animals) aren't supposed to eat…

People log differently, and as long as you are consistent in how you do it, I don't think it matters. I have my self set to moderately active to cover chasing around DS, cleaning, running, errands, etc. I do log yard work or anything REALLY out of the ordinary for me. A friend of mine on here is set to sedentary and logs…

Wow, I am glad you know what my cramps feel like! I have to take a freaking narcotic to not be doubled over in pain the first couple days. They have always been bad, but when I got the Paragard IUD, the intensity skyrocketed. It's all I can do to take care of my son, let alone run. And for the record, I love working out.…

I haven't tried it, but I have tried a couple recipes. I made this recipe http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/breads/r/flaxbasicfoc.htm and it's not bad at all. It's similar to a muffin in a minute, but not quite as "nutty" tasting. These are pretty good too http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=259930
