You just got to mix it up and change things up so your body doesn't suffer from muscle memory. So try different exercise videos and try some out door running, walking, biking etc. I do a mix of at home, gym and outdoor activities. If your trying to lose weight then I suggest, Steamed, smash it and add some molly mc butter, molly mc cheese or both. ;) I also do brocolli and carrots smashed with it. So yummy! Cant go a day without it.

Artificial sweetners nonsense. My dietician says it's fine and I lost 107 pounds on it and still intake it and am very healthy. Don't believe everything u hear or read! I often do so I ask the experts personally.

Ive lost 100 pounds in the last 11 months. I have always used shakes. I started with a lot to control calorie count and now I just use them as snacks. So in my opinion, they help in different ways for people. Just be sure to read nutrition labels.
