I'm also a VERY picky eater. I haven't been able to do the non-processed stuff yet because of that. I lost 60 pounds before coming here but after gaining back 10 of it, decided to try this. It can be done on your own. When I lost my weight I was tracking all my food faithfully, exercising at least 4 times a week. This means tracking even little bites of something you try, but you can do this!
