I did that because it is the exact same thing as admitting that you have a problem. If you want to make a change and don't think of yourself as the way you are then you might not give it your all. Thank You all for your words of encouragement.

I have a long way to go. I am doing this for the long run. I am not going to go back to killing myself. I have already done too much work to just let that go, and I just started.
