I too thought I would gain because I enjoyed all of the "tailgate" food during the playoffs. Thankfully, I loss .5 lbs. I'LL TAKE IT! Good luck to everyone on reaching next week's goal!

Great day! 2 more lbs for a total of 4.5 in 9 days. I'm exercising and eating whole foods. No sugars or processed foods. Feel great and the pounds are coming off! Good luck to everyone! Keep pushing for your goal!

Happy Wednesday! I'm down 3 lbs and motivated!!! Now, I just need to incorporate exercise and stay on track. I wish everyone a great week and let's keep pushing to be fit and healthy in 2014!

Happy Wednesday! I'm so happy to be a part of this group. I didn't know I was so addicted to the scale until I had to wait until today! I'm 3 lbs down! What motivation! Had I seen the scale fluctuate throughout the week, I would've given up. THANK YOU, GROUP!
