in the past, i've done the first level of the 30ds, but never made it past that. once my stamina has increased a bit (probably in a couple weeks) i'm going to try to complete all 30 days. right now i'm adding it in to my regular exercise routine once a week or once every couple of weeks.

i agree with everyone above. in my experience, if you're too restrictive, it's very difficult to make lasting changes. baby steps :)

you should check out cassey ho's blogilates. her workouts are intense and you don't need a lot of room to do them. all of her videos can be found on youtube and her website. also, her website comes with monthly workout calendars and also has meal plans and recipes :)
