I've been experiencing that as well - breakthrough bleeding - but the doctors and specialists and the ultrasounds all come out that there isn't anything inherently WRONG. I'd suggest wearing a pantyliner and keeping a record of the times it happens. Still follow up with them on it. That's what I'm going to do.

Huh...according to this, I would be MEDIUM framed. (5'6" and wrist of 6.5 inches). I always thought I was large framed. Nah, I'M JUST FAT! *lol*

I've added, and think this is an awesome idea! I have a loooooooong way to go with my weight loss, but I like the accountability of this challenge and hopefully I will get out of the 300's by the end of the year :)

My resting heart rate has gone down, and I worked out for 30-45 minutes every day this week :)

Lost 3.4 lbs as of today's official weigh in for me. Was hoping for more, but it IS a loss. My father had a heart attack this past Monday. He's going to be okay, but had to have two stents put in. He's 64...and I realized, I may not live to even be that age if I keep going on at this weight.

My current goal is to be out of the 300's and if I can get down to 250 (which is what I weighed in high school), I will be so thrilled. Ultimately, I would like to get down to 160-170.

Right now I use an aerobic step and do cardio watching a youtube playlist I've made of upbeat music. I also wear a heart rate monitor. The key is to start off slow, then keep pushing yourself week by week as your endurance grows - and change it up so you don't get bored.

I've seen that 2 a few times using MFP - 299, 298 and then I fall back into bad habits. I hope that when I see that 2 once more, I can keep going!
